Mike was very good to work with, I took the truck to my normal mechanic, he pointed out a couple minor issues they took care of them without a fight So far no issues, but all and all a good experience.

No words can describe how grateful I am for coming across Shamrock Motors!! I found a 2010 Honda Civic on their website and instantly called and had the absolute best opportunity to talk to Mike. I told him I was calling from Westport Massachusetts and I was needing that car!! I had looked around and couldn't find anything that was in my price range. I was also waiting on my insurance check so I could make the 2hr+ drive. I finally got to make it today and literally as soon as I parked Rich met with me outside with the keys and knew I was Angela. He let me know Mike was with a customer, but would be with me shortly. Literally was treated with so much care and respect!! It was a little bit of a process in my case, but the majority of the work was done over the phone with the financing approval and when I made the trip today we just had to sign and get the insurance taken care of and my daughter and I were on our way back home in our amazing 2010 Honda Civic ??????????. Two words when you put together have for ever invoked fear and distrust. These words, Car Dealer! Then add used to them, even worse. This is not the case with Shamrock Motors! I helped my mother buy an ‘18 Murano. She loves it! The experience was so enjoyable. You can tell without a doubt they Ryan, Charlie and the entire staff at Shamrock love cars and more importantly, love their job and take helping people find the right vehicle very seriously. Fast forward to me needing to upgrade my truck. First and only place I thought of was Shamrock Motors. They took such great care of me and helped me find the best truck I’ve ever had! I just purchased my first vehicle from Shamrock and I'm very happy with the experience. An hour after applying online I got a call from Mike about my financing approval. I was able to go in a couple days later and make my deposit and complete the paperwork. While there Charlie, the general manager, grabbed coloring books and Crayons for my girls and set them up at a table to keep them busy while I completed my purchase. Everyone was extremely nice and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

I went in knowing what I wanted and that’s exactly what I got. I was only in the office a couple hours between the test drive and paperwork. Fees were minimal compared to another dealer who put on almost $1300 extra in fees, you won’t find that here. Will definitely come back! Love my Jeep so much!
